Working closely with the Development Communications Manager, I produced a series of “Agent Playbooks” that contain fundraising information and instruction for an audience of dedicated volunteer alumni. Based on a design format produced in 2015, I proceeded to update, revise, rearrange and create new content, addendums, and new booklets like the Parents Fund Committee Manual pictured below.
